The following terms and conditions constitute the agreement between you and Mottolines Airport Transfers. By booking a taxi and utilizing our service, you unequivocally acknowledge and accept the terms and conditions outlined herein.
Definitions
The terms "Mottolines Airport Transfers," "we," or "us" pertain to the service provider. The terms "you" and "your" encompass any individual, business, or company engaging in a booking with us.
Booking
2.1 You are required to allocate sufficient time for your journey to ensure punctuality. This applies particularly to airport transfers where timely check-in is essential for your flight. Mottolines Airport Transfers shall not be held responsible for any delays arising from your failure to allocate adequate travel time or for unavailability at the designated pickup time.
2.2 It is your responsibility to request a vehicle size that accommodates all passengers and luggage. Mottolines Airport Transfers does not guarantee accommodation for an excessive amount of luggage. Please note that a child, regardless of age, is considered a single passenger.
2.3 Individuals requiring wheelchair accessibility should indicate this during the booking process.
Prices & Payment
3.1 The quotation provided by Mottolines Airport Transfers is based on the information supplied by you. All prices, unless otherwise specified, are exclusive of VAT. If applicable, VAT will be added to the total. We reserve the right to adjust the quoted price in the event of substantial changes to the proposed itinerary.
3.2 Our quote includes a 45-minute waiting period after the scheduled landing time, as well as airport parking costs. Any wait time beyond this will incur charges at the standard Mottolines Airport Transfers waiting rate. While we endeavor to review flight details and adjust our service in the case of delays, we are not obliged to do so.
3.3 Upon accepting our quote, you will receive a booking confirmation. It is imperative to review this confirmation for accuracy. Failure to notify Mottolines Airport Transfers of any discrepancies may result in delays or additional costs for which we cannot be held responsible.
3.4 Payment for our services can be made in cash, by credit card, or debit card.
The Service
4.1 You are accountable for the conduct of all passengers during the journey. In the event of any soiling, damage, or adverse impact on the vehicle caused by a passenger, a cleaning fee may be applied.
4.2 Consumption of food, beverages, or smoking is strictly prohibited in the vehicle.
4.3 All children must be appropriately restrained based on their height, weight, and age.
4.4 We are strictly prohibited from carrying more passengers than authorized by licensing or insurance.
Cancellations
5.1 If you need to cancel your booking with Mottolines Airport Transfers, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made after dispatching the vehicle will incur charges based on the driver's time and distance to the cancellation point.
5.2 For bookings made through our online system, cancellations made before dispatch may incur a charge to the original payment method.
Liability
6.1 While Mottolines Airport Transfers endeavors to ensure timely arrival at your destination, we are not liable for losses resulting from circumstances beyond our control. Under no circumstances shall Mottolines Airport Transfers be held responsible for any losses incurred by you or your business.
6.2 Your luggage is transported at your own risk.
6.3 In the event of a vehicle breakdown during your journey with Mottolines Airport Transfers, we will make every effort to provide an alternative vehicle for a prompt continuation of your journey.
6.4 You shall not hold Mottolines Airport Transfers liable for any expenses, damages, costs, or losses arising from actions or omissions of any member of your party.
6.5 No party involved may exclude or limit liability for personal injury, death resulting from negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, willful default, or any other matter deemed unenforceable by applicable laws.
Termination
7.1 We reserve the right to terminate or decline a booking immediately if any passenger places a vehicle or driver at risk through abusive, violent, or damaging behavior. No refunds will be provided for journeys terminated during the hire.
Miscellaneous
8.1 Mottolines Airport Transfers may subcontract obligations as stated in this agreement. You may not assign, delegate, or transfer any of your rights or obligations under this agreement.
8.2 Mottolines Airport Transfers reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time by updating this page. Please check these terms regularly to stay informed of any changes. Existing bookings will be honored at the rates in effect at the time of booking.
8.3 We handle and process information in accordance with the Data Protection Act of 1988.
8.4 This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between Mottolines Airport Transfers and yourself.
8.5 Nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to confer any benefit or advantage on a third party. No third party may enforce rights under this agreement unless expressly stipulated in writing.
Disputes
Any dispute or claim must be made within 30 days from the booking pickup date. Mottolines Airport Transfers is not obligated to entertain claims or disputes made after this timeframe.
